Ejno (pilot vessel)

Ejno is a 100 year old pilot vessel, built at H. V. Buhls shipyard in Frederikshavn 1898.

It was originally built for the pilot station in Slipshavn by Nyborg as a sail only vessel. The first engine was installed in 1903.  Ejno was sold to Rudkøbing municipality in 1950, in Rudkøbing it was used as pilot vessel and tug until 1990
